1 - Calendar Creation
- Create separate calendars if children are subject to different visitation routines
- Once the ‘visitation’ schedule has been chosen relevant options will be shown for you to tailor it to your particular situation
- The start date must be the first day in the selected pattern
- Changing the starting parent swaps the days allocated between parents
- The calendar that is created cannot start before the first date of the current month and will end on 31 August of the current school year
- Additional school years can be created by moving to view August and then using the next month arrow:
2 - Editing Parent Details
- Click on the ‘Parent 1, Parent 2 area of the web app to edit their attributes.
- There is an ‘edit’ icon in the mobile app to access this functionality.
- The functionality which will allow you to choose the colour to represent each parent will be included in a future release.

4 - Changing Day Allocations & More
- Only future dates can be modified.
- If a range of dates is selected in the ‘Modify Selected Period’ dialog, any notes added will apply to each date in the range.
- Parental assignments also change for the whole period.
- Only one change is allowed per day so if a responsibility for the day has already been reassigned, a period of hours cannot be assigned back to the original parent.
- The ‘From’ & ‘To’ boxes only appear if the ‘Sleeps Over’ option is unticked
- Notable US holidays are added to the calendar by default.
